I am pleased to inform you that Takuzo Hatta, Representative Director of our company, assumed the position of specialist committee member in the Fraud Investigation Special Committee of the Management Research and Investigation Division of the Japan Institute of Certified Public Accountants, effective April 1, 2018.

In this committee, he plans to engage primarily in the following activities as a practitioner specializing in fraud investigations in Asia and other foreign countries, contributing to the public interest through the enhancement of cross-border fraud investigation quality concerning Japanese companies:

1. Formulating guidelines related to fraud investigations issued by the Japan Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
2. Writing research reports related to fraud investigations issued by the Japan Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
3. Conducting training sessions and lectures for certified public accountants, corporate personnel involved in fraud investigations, and officials from public investigative agencies.
